(27 July 2018 at around 21:00hrs)
Location: Dagenham, UK
Health: Healthy
Age: 10 years old (approx)
Sex: Male
Collar: No
Microchipped: Yes
Markings: Lots of bite marks around the neck and on top of the head and old bedsore type scars to the knees and ankles
Circumstances: This dog was found alone in a flat with no food or water by a girl that because her own dog would not allow this dog into her home, panicked and offered him to people on Facebook at 10.30pm because she then didn't know what to do with him, and i took him from her because i worried where he could end up, in a dog fighting ring or something, saying i would find him a home instead, and i am having problems doing that as he is such a big dog. Because i have fed this dog and been so good to him, he has become very protective of me already, and this evening as an argument was taking place between myself and my husband Buster went for my husband, and as my husband was already angry and then this dog lunging at him, my husband took a knife from the drawer trying to stab the dog, with me in the middle trying to seperate them and keep them apart, as i am sure you can imagine there was a lot of screaming shouting and barking going on, and my husband has said the dog has got to be out of the house tonight. Buster is in the garden, it is 11.16pm, and i am sitting at the computer crying writing to you to get help, please can you help me i don't know what to do with the poor dog, and i can't sleep in the car with him until i can contact the dog warden at 10am, because he moults terribly and i have a motobility car that is going back in 2 weeks and i cant get the hairs out of the seats please can someone help me

I only just read this. Did you get the dog to safety? You also need help to escape your violent husband.

Hi all, Buster has gone with the dog warden who said that she knows plenty of people that would want to give him a good home, and all i can do is pray that she does and was not just talking like an eighteen year old often can, as that's how old she looked! My husband isn't violent, in fact he is one of the nicest people you could meet, but our marriage has unfortunately broken down, and until the house sale etc goes through we are trying to live in the house together still, and the tension here is at times unbearable as i am sure you can imagine, so Buster whom i pray to god is going to be ok and is not fretting for me because he is being fussed, is in the right place, it was so wrong for him here, with the situation that is going on in this home at the minute, we are not good enough for him, he deserves so much better! I tried so hard to rehome Buster, and asked for help advertising him from Wanderer's Haven and Wallace Kennel's, who both told me that because he is not neutered, which they thought was down to me to pay for? and because they didn't have 'a back up plan", whatever that is, if they found a home for him and it didn't work out, that they couldn't help me???? All i was asking them for was help to find him a good home, could they please advertise him on their site so that i was sure he would be going to the right home, i didn't wan't to put any pressure on them and ask for them to take him completely, i didn't wan't the poor dog to go yet somewhere else, and be sleeping in a kennel alone and frightened, no i just asked for their help in advertising buster for rehoming and got turned down? I thought they rescued Dog's? If it is because i was the one that actually removed Buster from his Hell and not them, then that is absolutely ridiculous, and they maybe need to step down a peg or two off of the pedestal they have placed themselves, and rescue the dog that they claim to do!!! Now because they didn't do the thing that they advertise themselves as doing, that poor dog went out of my home in an unpleasant, and very confusing and scary way, i could tell by the way the poor animal kept looking back for me, and now IS sitting in the kennel that as a disabled person i suffered just so as to keep him out of one of them, because they DID NOT rescue this poor dog, shame on them! So the result of this story guy's is, you dont have to look for Busters owner, because as i understood from the other girl that tried to help him, the one that i tried to help by taking Buster in and finding the perfect home for him for her, the guy that owned Buster is serving eight and a half years at her majesty's pleasure, and he used to leave the dog to live in an empty flat alone, lying in his own mess, while he stayed at his girlfriend's house with her and the kid's. Buster lived alone, please keep your finger's crossed with me, that he gets a home with lots going on where they love him to death and treat him like one of the family, he is a lovely very loving dog, that just wants someone to love him back, my husband acted like a dick calling it on with a huge and very powerful bulldog, that could have ripped him to shred's in a second if he really wanted to hurt my husband, but he didn't, he was just throwing himself at my husband shoulder first more like he was rowing with him warning him not to hurt me, i dont really want to fight with you but leave her alone kind of thing that's all, dog's are not hard to read, that's why i love them so much! Spell Dog backwards too, there is so much more to why these animal's are put on this planet!
