Other info:	He meows a lot , he’s usually scared but curious ! White chest and paws , white mark on his forehead and white mark on his TAIL

Hi,so sorry to hear about your cat went missing.I hope you will find him soon.Check your neighbours if saw your cat,post picture of him around all that area.Maybe someone got him or maybe car accident..hoping not ,but call the council if they workers find any cat in that area.
