Circumstances:	His owner who is our neighbour passed away. His family who live quite far away asked if we could help out by feeding him. We would go in twice a day at least to feed him and give him some fuss and cuddles. We were due to adopt him and then when the weather started to heat up we stopped seeing him. His food also hasn't been touched.
Other info:	He has white paws and his chin down to his bell is white but no white markings on face or tail
