this cat is dead from early this morning front a property in london rd croydon ,the owner of that property don t won't to know anything about the cat dead from t her house space. The door of that property id black and the cat is dead lying on the floor, I saw the dead cat by myself with another lady. RSPCA DOESN T DO ANYTHING , I don t know how to contact the owner. Is no sign of blood or hit ,maybe poisoned . So sorry for the cat owner.

the house is next to IBIS HOTEL ,IS A PROPERTY WITH BLACK DOOR IF ANYONE LOOK FRONT THE PROPERTY FLOOR ENTRANCE IS THERE . MAYBE FOXES TONIGHT WILL REMOVE THE CAT ,I WILL CONTACT THE COUNCI FOR A CHIP SCAN IF THEY FIND IT TOMORROW MORNING
