Circumstances:	Was outside on my roof crying then the next day and the following days waiting for a female cat which live nears me and comes often in my house for attention. I am.not sure if this cat has a owner.
Other info:	He comes in my garden running behind a female cat and sometimes stay waiting and crying . On his fur (face)looks dirty
