Microchipped:	No
Markings:	Mainly white with tabby patches and a tabby tail. One of his patches are a heart shape
Circumstances:	Arctic was new to the area so was being kept indoors until he was familiar with his new home. Unfortunately, an electrician doing a repair left the front door open when going to his van and Arctic ran out. He is not microchipped and was due to be this weekend.
