LOST CAT: Ginger cat called Benji - Bristol area, Bristol

Location: Queensdale Crescent, Bristol BS4 2TR, UK
Health: Healthy
Age: 3 years old (approx)
Sex: Neutered Male
Collar:
Microchipped: Yes
Circumstances: Newly added to the family (rescue) and kept indoors and upstairs whilst getting used to us and our other cat. The door to the room he was in was not shut fully and he managed to pry it open whilst we had the back door open and he got out. Whilst we believe he exited out the back into our garden (surrounded by hedges and walls) there is a side alleyway, which although gated, has a wall that xan be climbed by a cat and access to the front of the property gained. He was seen across the road in a neighbours front drive about an hour after getting out but would not come back when we tried to coax him and then attacked my husband when he tried to catch him, and escaped running off and we've not seen him since.

Took all advice given - put food out, cushion he slept on, etc. Spotted him coming to eat on the security camera, and then spotted him under our parked car, so kept front door open and left a trail of treats leading inside - stepped back and had just one person quietly and gently calling to him.. he followed the trail then whizzed inside and up to his room!
