Markings:	Tabby with fluffy fur
Circumstances:	Cosmo is an outdoor cat but comes in for meals and usually to sleep inside in the daytime. He has gone off for short periods but always returns home
Other info:	No feeling in end of tail so droops down Extra claw in lower leg green eyes
