Circumstances:	We came home from work, as usual he ran out of the door which is normal. But he had a foam toy around his stomach that he'd got himself trapped in. It might have left him less agile / restricted as he roamed the streets that night as he normally does.
Other info:	When he ran out past our feet at the side door Thursday 14/02/2019 night, he had a kids foam square around his belly!
