Circumstances:	Having a Tesco delivery at front door. Cat saw door open and attempted to come in, but scared of our cat and ran under car, but noticed collar was caught around its leg.
Other info:	Found with collar caught around her right leg. Roaming down Newborough Street, York. Opened door and ran straight in. Very timid at first, now very frightenend.

Cat may have returned to owner, as it got out last night, when our cat came back in. Tried to look for cat at 09 - 10.00 pm, but there was no sign of it. Could not get collar back on as very frightened.
