Circumstances:	Found down side of neighbour's fence - distressed - mewwing distress call -gave her some food / shelter - in morning put a collar and phone no on cat - left her for 1 1/2 days to see if she would go home - but still distressed and in need of attention - tried several times to encorage her to go home but clearly lost as very anxious if left
Other info:	Small black cat under 1 year old - very lively - likes running up and down stairs and round and round garden -
