Lost cat: White and grey cat called Oscar - Worthing area, West Sussex

Circumstances:	Oscar has been visiting my neighbours a lot. He likes to stroll into houses (and schools...) but he started going missing for a day at a time back in October. He would come back smelling of perfume and not particualarly hungry. He also started putting a lot of weight on. I had a collar tag printed for him, saying to not feed him but this didn't help. I then bought a bright red "Please Do Not Feed" collar and this helped for a week or two. I last saw him on 20th December so I'm concerned that he is being held in someone's house.
Other info:	Oscar is a white moggy but looks very similar to a lilac point lynx siamese cat. He has no tail but the vet is unsure if that's due to his breed mix or due to a kittenhood accident. He is a naturally big cat but he is getting increasingly bigger as someone is feeding him. He was coming home smelling of perfume, but I've now not seen him for a few weeks and I'm worried about him.
