Markings:	he has white legs, black back with a white diamond, pink nose - face just like the 'Felix' cat
Circumstances:	Charlie has never been outside our garden before but managed to jump down from the gate. He was spooked by a car and ran into the gardens opposite our house and has not been seen since.
Other info:	He has a head wobble and can walk in circles. He's friendly but shy of being approached and hates being picked up. Not aggressive
