Circumstances:	Three dogs loose on Thursday morning, they were taken away by police.
Other info:	This white Alsatian dog was loose, it was with two brown and black and tan alsatians. All three were picked up by the police yesterday morning. The white dog was nervous but not aggressive. There was a collar but no tag.
