Circumstances:	This cat is visiting my garden and it's white coat is very dirty and thin and looks like it has been outside for sometime now.

I'm not sure if it's the same cat but there's a white unneutered male I've seen wandering around my garden in Derby Road for many months. I feed a fox and the cat always makes for the food.
