Markings:	White Strip Noise and white chest and white feet
Circumstances:	went out as usual first thing in the morning we have two cat the other cat does not like strangers picking him up, but Oscar the cat who has disappeared let people pick him up which makes it easier.
Other info:	2 Bells on his collier and a blue name tag with his name

Report by general public 4 miles away living in his back garden. He was stolen by a neighbour 3 doors down the road. Report sore a car dump at cat down bucklesham roundabout close too very busy interchange early Saturday morning January 2019.
