Found cat: Black cat - Wood Green area, Haringey

Markings:	an operation (?) scar (healed) on the lower left side of body
Circumstances:	Cat was going from door to door (32-38) along Sylvan Avenue, miaowing and looking lost. Rang a couple of bells but nobody knew to whom it belonged. One person said they have seen the cat around before. The cat was going into the street, a busy road on which I have seen a few cat casualties, and that is the reason I decided to pick her/him up and bring it home with me. Please advise what to do. Unfortunately I cannot keep the cat for long.

Hi. Thanks for looking after this cat. My black cat was stolen in August. He also has a scar. I don't think the cat you found will be him as my cat's scar is on his back and he is around 3 years old. Obviously, I still need to check, though. His reference is PR41800 on this website. I would be really grateful if you could look at it and get back to me. Have you checked if the cat you found is microchipped? Any vet can do this. Thank you very much.
