Hi, Samantha, I'm the Lost & Found Officer for Wolverhampton Cats Protection. I have posted Ronnie's ad to our website and facebook page so if you could keep an eye on the fb ad for any comments that would be great. Due to her not going out, I would advise that she is still very close by home. Safely leave the back door open and put her food just inside, her litter outside. Keep an eye on it for her coming in. If you can, also safely leave a window open for her to access too. Peg out a blanket of hers, worn clothes of yours, the litter tray and the contents of the vacuum cleaner, all so she can pick up the scent. The litter tray works brilliantly, but if she doesn't use one, don't worry, as the other items work just as well. She will probably be scared and be very close by, so look in any small, confined spaces that a cat would think look safe and cosy. Make flyers and get them up and about. Even if you can’t print any flyers, write some out with her description on and your contact details. Put them up on lamp posts in a clear bag to protect them from the weather. Knock on doors and ask people to check their sheds and garages and any outbuildings. Check any empty buildings and under bushes. Shine the torch from your phone into bushes and up trees as it will reflect off her eyes. Go out calling her when it’s quiet so she can hear your voice and you can listen out for her meowing in case she is stuck, scared or injured. Call all local vets and give them her description and your contact number in case she is taken in. Register her with Animal Search UK online for free. Advertise in the Express & Star 01902 317878 (there will be a charge). I really hope she’s home safely soon. Please keep us updated. Kind regards, Julie

There’s a cat in my garden. I’ve posted on fb. I’m very near to you and it’s been in garden all day. Fed and watered as was starving. Very vocal but timid. Can’t see if male or female. My cats get on with it. I’m in tonight if you want to see if it’s her. I’m on Allen road.

She had simply taken to another person who lives at the back of my house, and decided she wanted to go there!
