Circumstances:	We have noticed this cat hanging in our street over the last 5 months on and off. For the last month and a half, he is coming more towards the end of Wells Road and tries to get in people's house. He is very friendly and knows us well. But he is scared of dogs. We are very concerned about him as he seems about 10 years old and goes on the road. We are feeding him with my neighbour at the moment/he is always hungry.
