Microchipped:	Yes
Circumstances:	Theo was last seen in our living room, he must of gone out via our cat flap that night.He hasn't been seen since
Other info:	Theo is Microchipped, he is a friendly cat, he has to have a special diet due to him having kidney failure earlier this year.
