Don't lose hope. My silver and white tabby cat went missing from Gloucester Mews over five weeks ago. Three days ago he turned up as right as rain. He was not thin or neglected which seems to me someone had been giving him food. Millie may just turn up. Cats are very resilient. Good luck.
