Microchipped:	Not sure
Circumstances:	The cat appeared in my garden looking for food. It attempted to get into the house using the cat flap (ours is microchipped). It was extremely frightened and ran off. However, I have been feeding the cat in an attempt to get close enough to check the collar for an owner. I am now (just today) able to stroke the cat.
Other info:	Very skinny - emaciated. Beautiful markings. Blue eyes.
