Circumstances:	He had his tea and just went out. I don't normally let them out after their food but it was still light and he doesn't normally venture far. We have moved to this new house about a month ago before that biscuit was a house cat as I lived in an apartment
Other info:	has a blue sparkly collar and a disc with my address and phone number

Opened the back door and went to feed my other cats and biscuit jumped over the fence very hungry and meowing
