Circumstances:	My neighbor found the cat at the train station. The cat hadn’t moved over four hours. He had fleas and fur is matted in places.

As soon as he was found a local cats protection lady helped take him in and have him rehomed after advertising herself found cat with no success finding the original owner. The cat was found locally and no one local has reported him missing on any social media platform
