Circumstances:	Monkey is a flat cat. She escaped and got into The Assembly Block B community garden. Security claims to have taken the cat and put it into the staircase. The staircase has been searched top to bottom so we doubt this is true. We believe he actually put her outside. she could be anywhere - cold and hungry.

Building security found the cat in the community garden so put her in the bin. V angry but at least she is back home and safe.
