Markings:	Tan/brown fur with black running through and a white patch on his neck/chest. White paws like he is wearing socks
Circumstances:	The dog was in the river. Don’t know how he go in there but he couldn’t get back out. Fire brigade rescued him from the water and I took him home, gave him some food and water and then took him to a vet
