Got in touch with Cat Protection who suggested a scan angel in the area come visit and scan him. She found that he was microchipped and contacted Cat protection who located the owner. The owner got in touch with me and we arranged for them to come and pick him. His name was Kiki and he had been missing for 17 days! He was in the same postcode but just lost his sense of direction it seems.
