Circumstances:	It was about 7.45pm as my husband was exiting the back door, atlas made a dash for him and went straight out the door.
Other info:	Blue headed, green body, similar size to a green amazon

Someone responded to my Facebook post - he had travelled almost 1.5miles. An elderly couple had spotted him in their garden and asked a friend to check and see if anyone had reported a parrot missing, they saw my post and got in touch. We went to retrieve him and whilst he looks like he has been in the wars he is eating and drinking. We will get him seen at the Vets as precaution. Whilst his return was not the result of using PetsReunited - it was still helpful to have the leaflets for us to post, as at least we felt we were doing something, even though it turns out now we were leafleting the wrong area.
