Hello, I don't want to get your hopes up as it is an off chance. Today we saw a black cat that looked like a stray on Howley Quay footpath/bike path not far from the Howley Suspension Bridge. The postcode is WA1 2DZ. The cat look a bit scruffy and had a bald patch on the side of his neck/shoulder. We called the cat but it just ran through some waste land on the side of some apartments. It had no collar.
