Age:	11 years old (approx)
Sex:	Neutered Male
Collar:	Yellow reflective
Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	3 legs
Circumstances:	Notch went out after breakfast as normal and didn't return, he would usually come home 3 - 4 times before staying in from 5 pm.
Other info:	Notch has an area on the underside of his stomach where he has very little fur near his missing leg.
