Markings:	Generally well built, stocky cat. Short hair and very ginger with darker ginger stripes on his back.
Circumstances:	Over the past three months, this cat has been a frequent visitor to our front and back garden. It has now escalated to the point where he around almost continuously. He has a very loud miaow and is extremely interested in our cat to the point that she cannot leave the house without him waiting close by and then following / chasing her. Our cat is neutered, microchipped and has a GPS collar with a bell so she should not be giving him any signals of interest. Due to the time of year, we can prevent him from coming in our house but as the weather gets warmer, he would come in if given the opportunity and our cat would loose her only safe space. My husband and I have both owned cats in the past and lived in other areas and have never encountered another cat behaviour such as this. The only time he seems to vanish is between 23:00 and 05:00 and then he returns to our garden door miaowing loudly and staring in at our own cat. He is even happy to sit outside in the pouring rain watching her as she eats or relaxes. He looks healthy and well-fed with no injuries. I have added a poster about two months age to the Warlingham community of Facebook with no avail. I have rung the vets and registered him lost there and have now bought a collar with a note capsule which we will pop around his neck early next week when it arrives. I know he is chipped as I borrowed a chip reading scanner.
