Circumstances:	This thin male cat has been visiting briefly and is very vocal. He never stays in the house and is lovely and friendly but scared. I am aware he visits other houses in the area. No collar. He is thin, always appears hungry but never eats a lot and has an infection possibly in his right eye. I am trying to catch him to take him to the vets.
