More information from Larkmead Vets who reported this to us:"Thanks for your time helping to reunite this lovely cat with her owner. I'm convinced she must have a family somewhere, she has a collar on (black, studded), and looks in too good health and condition to be a stray. She is extremely affectionate, as you can see by me petting her in the photos (if you aren't petting her she keeps moving and trying to rub against your hand until you do). She was found in the Berinsfield area just south of Oxford in an alleyway quite injured on Sunday just gone - she has a broken hip and we need to contact her owner asap to get permission for further treatment. We suspect she was hit by a car. Our contact details are 01491 651379 for anyone who wants to come and check if she's theirs, and ask for myself or Susie (the two primary vets assigned to her care). She's at our hospital branch in Cholsey."
