Hi All, Biscuit is now back home, safe and sound. Rescued from an abandoned building near Crane Park in Twickenham. Now has a full tum and is snuggled up near the radiator. Thanks for all your help. Will keep an eye out for others on this site. Thanks v much x

I heard Biscuit late at night meowing from inside an abandoned Day Centre at the bottom of Mereway Road near Kneller Gardens. He'd been 3 nights away from home. Last year he'd also been trapped in there but we didn't hear any noise this time even though we checked many times. The Council had released him from there in Feb 2017 by breaking back into the building. This time there was talk from the council guys that their boss had said both I and they wouldn't be allowed into the building because it was unsafe. They relented and we went inside to find him cowering in a room. The building is big and very gloomy and has clearly been occupied by squatters in the past. We got him home where he ate quite a bit. I am concerned that there may be / may have been other animals trapped in there and am going to write a letter to the facilities manager at Richmond upon Thames Council requesting that they make the building secure. Thanks for all your help on the site. I'll continue to keep an eye out for any missing pets.
