Circumstances:	Members of the public found this cat outside of Aldi and were concerned for her welfare, surrounded by busy roads and an active car park. They decided to take her to be scanned for a chip in the hope they could return her to her owner without any risk. Unfortunately, she isn't registering as chipped when scanned. A local rescue is now trying to help her get home and posting flyers/social media posts.
Other info:	This sweet cat was found outside the front of Aldi Madeley in Telford. Shoppers were concerned as it's a bizarre place for a cat to be and worried she'd get run over on the car park or the busy roads. Members of the public decided it was dangerous to leave her and instead took her in to be checked for a chip. Unfortunately, no chip has been picked up. She's very friendly and is currently being looked after while a search for her owners is ongoing. There are fears she has jumped in a van or lorry and arrived where she did, and also that if she is a stray and is not neutered she will go on to have feral kittens in the woodlands around. Posters are being rolled out in the local areas, posts about her are circulating social media, we hope to return her to her home ASAP and assist with getting her microchipped in case she ever wanders too far again. She is a happy and healthy cat, we hope she only went on a tiny adventure and will be back where she belongs soon.

Owner posted cat as lost, on the same pages she was posted as found on. Is neutered but not chipped. Have heavily recommended chipping as a few days later she was collected by another concerned person outside the supermarket and history repeated itself.
