Health:	Healthy
Age:	3 years old (approx)
Sex:	Male
Collar:	No
Microchipped:	No
Markings:	He has got Black marks on his face, dark rings on his head and black bits on his back and tail along with a bit of white
Circumstances:	He managed to escape out of the living room (we always keep the door shut so they dont get out of the room) but my 5 year old son left the door open by accident and Smudger ended up in the kitchen on the handle of the window and the window was open a bit and I stupidly went in the kitchen to try and pull the window shut before he managed to get out but he flew underneath and got out. I should have gone outside and shut it from the outside he wouldn't of got out then.
Other info:	Hes a medium-dark blue Budgie with a yellow head
