Good morning, there is a cat like the description walking near my house. He often comes to my house to eat my cats’ food. He seems to be a neutered male, all black with a white spot on the chest. He is missing the left eye. Would someone like to come to see if this is the cat you are looking for? I can try to catch him when he comes again.
