A lady from Crockenhill was looking for her black and white cat two days ago. I will try and find her to let her know. thank you for looking after him:)

Hello Jeremy. No I am not sure if this is hers. My Mum tried 4 houses in Daltons road where we thought he might live but no success. The lady that was looking for her cat saidhis namewas Whisky. Is this beautiful boy/girl staying with you? Have you tied gettinghim/her microchipped scanned?. I can lend you a cat carrier. Hope he/she is safe where you are as it is pretty busy up there is'nt it.Let me know if I can be of any helpl

Good afternoon.1st of all the cat seems very well and healthy. Unfortunately I cannot take the cat home as I live in an apartment.the cat is hanging around our work depot and is getting fed.I have been told the cat has a chip but no one has come forward even though our company details was left. We are HE connect plus services at teardrop centre.Its hanging around but not sure how long for. As you may be aware we are surrounded by major roads which is maybe why the cat is still there. Maybe it’s scared.

Got it now. Yes it is treacherous up there. If he has a microchip then the owner can be found. Who scanned him? And did they get the address of the owner?

I will contact Orpington Cat Rescue to see if they can help. I would take him but I have four cats already and one has not been well so risky.

From what I gather as I am not at depot this minute is, someone scanned and found a chip and got details of a 3rd party not the owner.Due to data protection act they won’t give us the address ?? but my manager gave them our phone number and address over weekend and as not heard anything back.

Just to let youknow Jeremy, I have madecontact with Pietra at ORC. She is at work but will call me tonight to advise. Dont forget to just ask me if you want anything for the beautifulboy. I have a nice snuggly cat carrier here that would double up as a warm bed with blankets if you want.which would be a good way to catch him without frightening him. Got plenty of food as well :)

Don’t worry your not being a pain your just trying to help. Any way good news the owners contacted my depot today and they are going to pick up this evening. Apparently The owners live in bexley heath . All good. I think the cat must have hitched a ride in something as I can’t imagine a tiny cat coming all the way to Swanley. I gave her/ him some ham then said my goodbyes. Going to miss it even if it was for a little while.

Cat owners found via its chip. Apparently cat was over the moon to see the owners. Happy ending.
