Circumstances:	This cat has been coming to the house on a regular basis and sitting outside all day and night, they look happy and healthy and are very friendly, we have offered them food bit they do not seem to want it - not sure if stray or not but it is spending a lot of time outside of the house. Date found is approx - they have been coming to the home for a few weeks now!
