Circumstances:	He was with his brother just outside the flat which is on a first floor walkway. A neighbour reported seeing him being chased by a neighbours cat and rather than running back inside he ran down the steps to the garden and was chased over a fence to neighbouring property
Other info:	He is slim, he is a house cat so limited experience of being outside, mainly just outside our front door
