Markings:	He has white stripes throughout his coat, he also has a dark shade of yellow with a green circle surrounding his pupil.
Circumstances:	Casper is a curious and approachable cat. He never wonders further than the small front garden attached to our flat. When we hadn't seen or heard from him in an unusual amount of time, we proceeded to shake his treat box which would normally make him run straight back. We then decided to search the local area for any sign of him, this is when we approached another group of local residents who had informed us that their cats had also gone missing - one of the residents had a CCTV video of a local man roaming the streets in the night and tearing down missing posters for one of their cats.

A Siamese cat is also believed stolen from Barcombe Avenue. They are on this site too. I will let them know whet your neighbours saw.
