Have you reported to Battersea cat and dog home? They give a reference number. Also watch out for hoax scam callers using this site. Pretend to have the cat and ask for money even pretend to be RSPCA.

I do hope she is ok, she may have hurt herself when she fell, have you checked in your garden and nearby under shrubs/ bushes she is probably frightened and hiding? If you can place her litter tray outside where it won't get wet and go out and call her late at night when it is quiet and listen for a response from her, I hope you find her safe and well, please let us know x

Did you report your cat lost to the microchip database? So sad that she is still missing I am sorry. I think I saw your post on NextDoor but I would post again as people don’t always see the posts on there.
