Circumstances:	I went out on Sunday and when I came back home and thought she was in the garden, but she wasn't there. The next morning, she didn't come for breakfast, which was strange also because she had kittens almost 4 weeks ago.

Have you found her? You will need to take her to the vet if you have as she will likely be pregnant again. You can get help from Cats Protection to spay her and she will likely stop wandering.
