Markings:	Front two legs black with white feet, two rear legs white. Green eyes. Some white streaks in fur around neck.
Circumstances:	Crossed to road to get our attention, meowing loudly, happy to have us pet and stroke but looking around nervously. Followed us when we left and kept meowing for attention
Other info:	A clear mark where there was a collar but has fallen off or lost

Hi if the cat is still with you then try scan angels (internet search) should show anyone local who can scan for a microchip. Or if cat is coming and going try a paper collar asking owner to call you. You could also try looking on NextDoor website in case owner has posted on there. Thank you
