Circumstances:	I have seen the cat not taken in home. I already have a cat
Other info:	There is a sign in Sunnyhill Road (I think) left by an owner about a lost black cat (limping). There was a number but the last 2 numbers of the mobile were smudged. I have seen that cat in Pendennis Road twice.

The cat seems to move between 30 and 48 Pendennis road. There is a large empty lot with trees between the group of houses.

Not sure. It seems that someone did know the owner and left them a message. I gave clear indications where I saw the cat.
