Circumstances:	The cat had been sitting in our neighbour's garden for about a week looking very depressed and uncared for. We have taken the cat to the vets who are looking after him/her & trying to locate the owners.

maybe someone move out and left him behind

We took him to our local vets who identified her as having been from a local cat rescue centre. The rescue centre picked her up & the vet's informed us her owner had been contacted and they were reunited.
