Is there any chance you could get the cat in a basket and take to Streatham Hill Vets? They will loan you a carrier. They have an RSPCA arrangement and will scan for a chip and treat if needed. I will share on a few local Facebook pages. If you feel yiou can’t get the cat to safety maybe try Cats Protection as they may have someone can trap the cat or SNARL. Hopefully though there is an owner and they will be reunited.
