Hello. I'm wondering if you've found your cat Ronnie yet? If not, I might have seen him. I saw a young ginger cat that looked very much like Ronnie's photo last Friday at approx 2.00 p.m. at the top of Christchurch Street, at the junction with Clifton Street by the pub on the corner. It was wandering about on the grassy patch opposite the pub (between the pub and the flats) and then sitting looking lost. Cat was quite thin and wearing a red collar which seemed too big as the end of the collar wasn't tucked in. He didn't seem nervous and approached two young girls walking by for a stroke. I was concerned for the cat as the road there is busy but as I was walking a dog I couldn't stop at the time as I didn't want to risk spooking the cat (although he didn't seem too scared of the dog as we passed a few feet away). I quickly took the dog back to its home and then drove back to the spot but the cat had vanished. As this is close to Welby Street I'm wondering if it could be Ronnie and he's disorientated and can't find his way home? If you need any more info please ask, I walk twice weekly in this area so will keep looking out for this cat which I'm sure was in need of help . If you could advise if Ronnie's s been found I'd appreciate it. Hope this info may be of some help if you're still looking.
