Circumstances:	If anyone knows who this cat belongs to we would be really grateful for any information. He has been turning up at my mums house for about 7 weeks now. He’s there first thing in morning until night. He comes in and snuggles up on the sofa or rug. He’s very timid and won’t let you stroke him and gets nervous when people come in. He was very skinny when he first turned up. Only looks a young cat not neutered. My mum has provided a place for him to sleep in outside at night but he comes in and out all day long. Think he has took to my mums house.
