Circumstances:	He had come to live with us the day before, but I was concerned that he hadn't used the litter for far too long so i took out on a harness but within seconds he managed to get out of it and ran off
Other info:	He has clumps of fur under his body, I had just rehomed him and the previous owner hadnt been able to groom him properly , i had cleared several not all.
